| Q |
What Methods of Payment do you accept?
|
|
A |
We use PayPal's shopping cart and can accept Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, American Express and Debit cards. We are a Verified Business member of PayPal. If you are not a member
of PayPal, you can still purchase from us. Just follow the instructions given in the Shopping Cart. Setting up
the account is fast and easy and doesn't cost you any money. You can set up your new PayPal account during checkout.
If you already have a PayPal account, you will be asked to Login during checkout. Please note that payments made to
us through PayPal will appear on your bank or credit card statement under the name of Randall Enterprises. When we have
received notification of your payment from PayPal, we will email you to let you know that your order has been received
for processing and when it will be shipped.
We also accept orders and check or money order payments
by mail. PLEASE email us and tell us which items you wish to order. We will calculate shipping charges and email
you with the total amount due for your purchase and provide you with our mailing address. If you wish to complete the
order, respond to us by email so we can remove the items you are purchasing from the website and hold them for you until your
check arrives. Your item will not be shipped until your check has cleared our bank. Checks
received must be made out to GALE RANDALL. Since we customarily receive payments through
PayPal, we do not have a business account set up with our bank. Checks made out to Randall Rosaries will be returned
to you and your order will be cancelled. |

"Free" Rosaries are shipped via USPS
First Class mail.

| Q |

|
| A |
Yes, all of our items are guaranteed.

email concerning the mailing of the item(s) back to us. |
| Q. |
Are your Rosaries and Prayer Beads really Hand-Crafted?
|
| A. |
Yes. All of our rosaries, chaplets and prayer beads are
made one at a time by one person. Even two rosaries of the same type of bead may be slightly different. Minor chips,
imperfections, and size variations may exist in the gemstone beads as nature has determined how much or what
tint of color is in the stones that are formed into beads. Our craftsperson tries very hard to use only "A" grade gemstone
beads in her creations. Glass and plastic beads are more uniform in size and color as they are created by
machines. Minor "flaws" can be found with most hand-crafted items, but they will not affect the usefulness
of the item or it's overall beauty. If you desire a "perfect" piece, you are probably better off to purchase a rosary
made by a factory with equipment capable of producing uniform pieces. Most of the rosaries that you purchase from Catholic
stores are machine-made.
Centerpieces, Cruifixes, Crosses and Medals are used
in different combinations as our stock allows. Every effort is made to publish a clear picture of each item offered so you
can see exactly what you are getting, but if you purchase the item and are not satisfied, you may return it.
The major difference between our rosaries and those
of our competitors is in the type of metals used. We offer base metal/oxidized/nickel-silver and gold tone parts which
helps us to keep the price of our prayer beads low. Sterling Silver and Gold rosaries are quite expensive
and there are plenty of retailers online who use these parts if you are looking for prayer beads of that type. In
the future we may offer a small selection of rosaries with pewter or sterling silver parts, but we are not offering these at
this time. |
| Q. |
I have found an item and placed an order
but I received an email stating that the item is out of stock. Why does this happen? |
| A. |
Many of our rosaries are truly one of a kind, so
the listing of an item on the website may be the only one that we have. Occasionally we make several of one design,
but if we have done this we have indicated it on the item listing. Each item listing shows the number of rosaries of
that design currently in stock. Please do not order more than is listed. The PayPal Shopping Cart does not have
an inventory control feature so it is impossible for the Cart to show that an item is out of stock. You will have to
note the quanity on hand in the item listing.
The website is checked throughout the day for orders
and sold items are deleted from the website at those times. If you happen upon the site right after another person
has made a purchase, it is possible that you will see an item that we have not deleted yet. If this has happened and you have
already made payment via PayPal, we will offer you a similiar item at the same price, offer to make you an item like the one
you purchased notifying you of any delay in shipping, or refund your payment to your PayPal account. We will do whichever
of these things you want us to do to make it right. You can totally avoid problems with purchasing an item that has
previously sold by emailing us and telling us what items you want BEFORE you make a payment thru PayPal. That way we
can delete your items from the website before another person purchases them.
If you want an item that you have seen on the website
and it has sold before you were able to complete a purchase, email us and we will let you know if we have the materials in
stock to make the item for you or check the site again in a couple of days and you may find that an item with the same
gemstone has been added to our inventory. |
